Inspections Specialist (Eastern Suburbs)

• Tuesday to Saturday Role - MUST be available for Saturday
• Work alongside the property management team with duties including;
• Attending open for inspections
• Attending routine inspections
• Attending ingoing & outgoing inspections
• Salary up to $60Pkg

Leasing Consultant (St Kilda)

• 5 Day week (saturday included with a day in lieu during the week)
• Must be available for Saturdays
• Conducting open for inspections
• Communicating with tenants
• Managing tenant enquiries
• Processing applications
• Assisting with administrational task
• Salary up to $65K+Comms

About You:

• Exposure to real estate highly advantageous
• Retail, Hospitality or customer service experience highly regarded
• A current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
• A current drivers licence & reliable car is a must

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
