This is your opportunity to take ownership of key civil construction projects with a growing Civil subcontractor. You’ll be joining a well-established group that is expanding not just in terms of its team but also in project sizes. Now, looking at projects up to $40 million as they step into a new sector.

You’ll work closely with field staff, engineers, subcontractors, and the construction manager to coordinate delivery across multiple projects. From planning and procurement through final handover, you’ll oversee scope, program, budget, risk, and safety. This pivotal role demands commercial awareness, communication skills, and operational leadership.

But it's not just head-down driving projects to PC. The team gets together quarterly for social activities that include go-karting, barefoot lawn bowls, and the odd pub lunch. The leaders have a modern approach to work-life balance, and the vibe in the office is that of a group of friends, in it together, kicking goals.

To succeed, you’ll need at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the civil or infrastructure sector, running multiple projects simultaneously. A degree in construction management, civil engineering or a related field is essential. You’ll be confident managing subcontractors and consultants, working to ISO standards and navigating commercial risk. Familiarity with safety legislation, budgeting, scheduling and stakeholder coordination is key.

Salary is up to $160k plus car, plus super.
