A brand new Director of Operations position overseeing Home Care & NDIS services across Australia. This opportunity has been created to drive an expansion for a national provider.

You will look after the day-to-day operational focus of the service, whilst contributing to the organisation's strategic direction and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements for the organisation going forward.

The focus will be to work with the managers to continue to deliver a high standard of service. In addition to managing the current portfolio, you will also be developing new services and options for people living at home.

• Manage current business operations and drive expansion of the portfolio.
• Oversee the performance and growth of each region
• People leadership (direct reports) and collaboration with site managers.
• Support recruitment and onboarding as the business grows.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of leadership experience driving operational outcomes.
• Strong background in aged care, especially Home Care Packages.
• Skilled at building scalable, profitable operations.
• Resilient, proactive, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in disability, aged care, or home care services; healthcare knowledge a plus.
