This newly created Resourcer role will see the successful applicant liaise with degree and trade qualified building personnel, within the Contract environment. As part of the Resourcer role, some of the things you can expect from the position include:

• Contractor "Hotlist" management
• Building out existing Hotlist's, ensuring information is relevant
• Approaching and shortlisting contractors for new jobs (phone, email and text use)
• Initial prescreen of new contractors, and recommendation on suitability
• Formatting CV's for introduction of contractors to our clients
• Reference checking candidates
• Gathering compliance documents, as requested.
• Writing, Posting and managing advert responses
• Working alongside a Principal Recruiter

Successful applicants will have a interest in working in a busy and fast-paced recruitment agency, and enjoy dealing with people. This is a 100% candidate facing role, suited to people who lean less towards business development calls, and more towards engaging with candidates.

Remuneration is made up of a $50,000 - 70,000 base salary plus superannuation, and access to fee splits!! Your journey to this attractive role starts with making an application.
