The Role:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation and placement.
Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies for clients across various sectors.
Source high-caliber candidates through headhunting, networking, advertising, and referrals.
Build the desk up to become a high performing desk with the potential to further expand into the market.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and deliver recruitment solutions that align with their business goals.
Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent acquisition strategies.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and attending industry events.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Negotiate terms of business and recruitment fees.
Candidate Management:
Actively engage with candidates to understand their career aspirations and match them with suitable roles.
Conduct interviews, provide career advice, and manage expectations throughout the recruitment process.
Build a strong candidate network and talent pool for future opportunities.
Mentorship & Leadership:
Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants to achieve their performance goals.
Share industry insights, best practices, and recruitment methodologies with the team.
Market Research & Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and shifts in the talent market.
Provide market insights to clients and help them make informed hiring decisions.

About You:
3-5+ years' experience within a Recruitment Agency.
Proven background in achieving high billings.
Self-starter with the drive to further your career in Recruitment.
Able to prioritise tasks and achieve excellent results in doing so.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Background in Professional Services Recruitment (Public Practice Accounting).
Eager to build your career, take ownership of your own desk and grow with us!
What we offer:
Competitive salary & highly lucrative commission structure.
5 weeks annual leave and the ability to work anywhere within +/-3 hour timezone of Melbourne for up to 4 weeks per year.
Additional annual leave day for your birthday.
