As a Real Estate Recruiter with Placed Australia, you will be Recruiting staff for some of the biggest and best Real Estate Agencies in the country…and I'll be up-front, not everyone has what it takes to become a gun Headhunter working on commission only in Real Estate. It takes dedication, focus and a strong work ethic!

This is not some training ground for just anyone that likes the sound of this gig... This is for people with extensive Real Estate or Recruitment experience already...real skills!

This is the type of role a gun recruiter or ex Real Estate Professional / ex Principal / ex Operations Manager / ex Sales Manager etc...would end up at, not start out at. You need to either know Recruitment inside out or Real Estate Inside out. This is not for wannabe's. It's for people that are savvy, know working for "the man" on wages just wont get it done. Most of our team make on average $10k - $30k a month or more (1-4 placements per month). Some of our Recruiters have made 5-6 placements in month at times. ($50k + in a month).

Let me assure you, this is not some get rich quick thing. It can be easy at times and super-hard at other times. Being a Recruiter is up and down like an abusive relationship. The high's and low's are real but, if you join us and follow the plan...we know exactly how to even all this out like a smooth silk sheet.

We're hoping for Experienced 360 Agency Recruiters or Real Estate Professionals that can turn their hand to Real Estate Recruitment.

You need to be prepared to work full-time from home (8:30am - 5:30pm, 5 days a week) and help our clients win the talent attraction game…

If you work from home like you would work from an office, you will crush it. This is not a part-time gig or something you do on the side…it's full-on hunting every day on the phones.

The harder you work, the better the candidates you find, the more placements you make! Simple…

About you:

Extensive Real Estate or 360 Recruitment Agency Exp is a must.

Want more flexibility without compromising earning potential.

Have a home office / computer / phone etc.

Can work on Commission Only.

Australian Residents Only (No work Visa or Non-residents).

You are resilient and willing to work your butt off.

Savvy.

Exceptionally well Presented.

Amazing communications skills.

Weapon on the phones (Not afraid to Cold Call daily).

Can back yourself. (Work ethic)

Natural Consultative Sales ability.

Awesome with people and build trust quickly.

Diligent.

Reliable.

Honest.

Eye for detail.

Good at picking who will crush it and who won't (gut instinct).

Strong business developer and closer.

Like helping people find the right work (it's a good feel job).

Ability to work autonomously from home without being pushed.

Great relationship builder.

Strong admin skills.

Amazing Computer and Social Media skills.

Strong Follow-up.

Drivers License and reliable car.

Own ABN or willing to work as a commission only contractor.

About the role:

5 Days a week (8:30am - 5:30pm).

Manage your own time, tasks and working hours.

1st Page Google Rank (helps make the phone ring-in)

Full 360 end-to-end Recruitment. (You must be a hunter).

Leverage our existing relationships with the biggest brands in the market.

Pick up Jobs, Find the Candidates and Place them.

Forge new ground into areas of the market we are not active.

Calling Agencies with a view to taking Job briefs.

Writing Job Ads for the Website and SEEK. (Access provided).

Headhunt. (call to find the most desirable candidates)

70% of each placement fee going to you.

Some leads provided / shared (Clients, Jobs & Candidates)

$10k - $30k + per month OTE is very realistic.
