The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our recruitment team and ensuring our clients have access to top-tier talent. This is a hands-on role with a mix of candidate interaction, administration, and process management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Sourcing and screening candidates for various roles

Conducting interviews and reference checks

Managing candidate databases and maintaining accurate records

Coordinating and managing rosters for casual employees

Assisting with recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines

Preparing reports and providing admin support to the recruitment team

Supporting compliance and onboarding documentation for new hires

Posting job advertisements across multiple platforms and managing all responses

Supporting workforce Specialists

General office / administrative duties

About You
