• Base salary $60,000 to $70,000 + super + uncapped commissions. OTE $100,000 +
• Monday to Friday full-time with WFH split available (2 to 3 days in the office, other WFH)

• End-to-end recruitment with our many clients from Melbourne up to Brisbane
• Various roles in different skilled areas; i.e. Sales, Finance, Technical
• Utilising our ATS, JobAdder, to screen, monitor and process candidates through the recruitment process
• Phone calls and on-site visits to continue building and fostering our client relationships
• Managing inbound calls from Clients and Candidates
• Opportunity to develop your own client base, however there is a lot of business already in place for you to access

Do you need experience as a Recruiter?

• Ideally YES. However, we hold a firm belief that it's the individual and not the paper that determines one's potential and suitability.

What else do you need to have?

• Being able to utilise technology effectively and efficiently
• Having an organised desk, processing information immediately and keeping on top of your work load and pipeline.
• An appetite to speak with people always. Whether by phone or in person.
• A competitive mindset, a will to achieve and achieve your targets, and in return, increase your earnings.
• Australian Residency with full working rights
