Accounts & Admin Officer - Immediate Start!

Prime Edge Caravans is an Australian-owned caravan manufacturer dedicated to building luxury, high-end caravans. We're looking for an experienced Accounts & Admin Officer to join our friendly team in Epping.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Managing all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice processing, verification and weekly/monthly payment runs.

Processing weekly payroll and contractor payments.

Assisting Finance with month-end reconciliations and forecasts.

Supporting purchasing and inventory control.

Handling general administration and reception duties.

What you'll need to succeed:

At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and payroll.

Proficiency with Xero accounting software, Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.

A strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals (a relevant qualification is a plus!).

Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
