Description

• Act as the sole HR Advisor across 18 branches and 1000+ staff
• Partner with senior leaders and Dealer Principals to deliver strategic HR advice and solutions
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, on-boarding, and induction processes
• Oversee contracts, employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and culture
• Supervise and support the Payroll & HR Officer, including leave coverage
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and industry standards
• Identify and execute training and development programs across the business
• Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform executive decision-making
• Contribute to change management efforts during growth or restructure

Profile

• Formal qualifications in Human Resources.
• Experienced HR Business Partner or Manager with strong generalist capability.
• Expertise in HR operations and strategy with a pragmatic and commercially minded approach.
• Strong knowledge of Australian workplace laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in managing employee relations and HR projects.
• Proven track record of advising senior stakeholders and working autonomously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
• Automotive or similar industry experience preferred.
