About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on role supporting a high-volume mobilisation period, working closely with the HR Manager to deliver both recruitment and generalist HR services. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR Advisory or Business Partner experience who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment and mobilisation activities

Provide day-to-day HR generalist support across the business

Assist with onboarding, compliance, and documentation

Support the HR Manager in delivering key people initiatives

Liaise with internal stakeholders and candidates throughout the process

Skills and Experience Required

Previous experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner

Comfortable managing recruitment and mobilisation activities

Strong understanding of generalist HR practices and compliance

Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy HR function

Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field (mandatory)
