Qualifications & experience:

Essential: 1 years of experience in a similar role

Advantageous: Passion for American cuisine with inspiration from other regions

Tasks & responsibilities:

Work alongside and assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef

Support a dynamic kitchen team and work closely with the Front-of-House staff

Maintain a high-level of quality and hygiene standards

Uphold kitchen health and safety regulations and adhere to food preparation guidelines

Foster professional communication and service among colleagues
