Chef de Partie — North Street Store, Cottesloe (Full-Time)

The Role

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team in a full-time position. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in their craft.

Responsibilities include:

Running your section efficiently during service

Preparing and plating consistently high-quality food

Working across breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings

Supporting smooth kitchen operations including prep, stock rotation, and cleanliness

Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

Contributing ideas to seasonal menu updates and specials

Hours & Roster

Full-time role, working 5 shifts across 7 days (open to variation of hours and shifts for the right person)

Availability for early mornings, weekends, and evenings required on a rotating roster

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a CDP or a strong Commis ready to step up

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification - desired but not essential)

A calm, organised approach to service and prep

Passion for fresh produce, rustic food, and a hands-on kitchen culture

Reliability, good communication, and a positive team spirit

Valid working rights for Australia
