The Leederville Precinct is on the hunt for full-time Chef de Partie to join our team. The Leederville Precinct is a busy operation responsible for servicing The Garden, The Leederville Hotel, and Servo. This role will specifically be for Servo's kitchen. With a team dedicated to the industry, providing a fantastic opportunity to learn and work alongside some of Perth’s most respected hospitality professionals.

REMUNERATION

$75,000 - $80,000, dependant on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and cook high-quality food, in fashionable trends.

Maintain safe, hygienic food handling practices and cleanliness in line with Food Safety standards.

Communicate and collaborate with front of house and management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Prior experience as a Chef de Partie in a commercial kitchen within a busy restaurant.

Strong focus on food hygiene and safety systems.

Food Handling Certificate

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Work experience on sections including but not limited to grill, pans, pizza, fryers, and larder, highly regarded.

Flexible with working hours.

Passion for producing consistent, quality food.

A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.
