Job description:
Join the Blue Derby Foundation and play a pivotal role supporting the Blue Derby Mountain Bike Trails in one of Tasmania’s most exciting emerging industries.
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive individual with excellent judgment and communication skills to manage governance, admin, and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating Board meetings, agendas, minutes & follow-ups
Maintaining records, membership databases, and reporting processes
Supporting compliance, stakeholder partnerships & sponsorships
Managing bookings and communications with external consultants
Overseeing KPIs and contracts, timetables and performance requirements
You’ll bring:
Strong admin and time-management skills
Familiarity with ASIC/ACNC requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and integrity
Confidence working independently and collaboratively
