What You’ll Be Doing:

• Inspire and lead our front-of-house team for exceptional customer service.
• Oversee smooth operations across departments, ensuring great member and guest experiences.
• Implement service initiatives and foster strong customer engagement.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff, building a service-driven culture.
• Manage feedback and resolve issues quickly, always seeking improvements.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive club-wide success.
• Working a rotating roster covering a variety of shifts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership and a passion for hospitality.
• Experience in customer service management, especially in clubs, hospitality, or gaming.
• Excellent communicator and problem-solver, leading by example.
• Skilled in motivating and supporting teams.
• Understanding of club operations and gaming compliance, or willing to learn.
