This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the owners, lead a dedicated team, and contribute to the continued success of a venue that prides itself on quality, consistency, and genuine hospitality.

Working a set roster Wednesday to Saturday this role offers true work-life balance.

About the role:

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue

About you:

• Demonstrated experience as a Restaurant Manager with a deep understanding of overall venue operations.
• Strong communicator with a passion for service
• Hands-on leader who drives results and engages the team
• Business minded with the ability to manage financials and operational processes
• Wine knowledge highly regarded - WSET Level 2+
