Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and fashion-savvy stylist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our boutique, you will bring a passion for fashion, a knack for customer service, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets within a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, leveraging your proven sales ability.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Promptly handle phone inquiries and manage Point of Sale transactions.
• Maintain a positive and inviting store environment through daily procedures and housekeeping.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a cohesive work environment.
• Take initiative in completing tasks and assisting customers as needed.
• Apply your creative flair to execute visual merchandising and maintain attractive store displays.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of fashion retail experience, with a strong background in sales.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Available for weekends.
• Proficiency in Point of Sale software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising.
