KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver exceptional customer service by styling clients in their dream prom or formal dress.

Recommend styles based on body type and preferences.

Assist in fitting rooms to ensure customers feel confident and supported.

Meet and exceed daily sales targets.

Maintain showroom presentation to the highest standard.

Steam and prepare incoming stock, process orders accurately.

Use Mac computers for sales, inventory, and order management.

Support in photoshoots & social media content (optional but encouraged).

Follow sales scripts and processes as trained by management.

Perform general cleaning to maintain a pristine showroom.

FULL-TIME ROLE (20YO+)

Min. 2 years’ experience in Women’s Fashion Retail (formalwear/bridal preferred).

Skilled in admin tasks, multitasking, and exceeding sales targets.

Set hours: Tue–Fri 10–6pm, Sat 9–6pm.

MUST be available every day during school holidays.

CASUAL ROLE (18YO+)

Min. 1 year’s experience in Women’s Fashion Retail.

Weekly roster with every Saturday required.

MUST be available every day during school holidays.

JUNIOR CASUAL ROLE (14YO+)

Start your journey in luxury fashion and become a future stylist with One Honey!

Min. 1 year’s experience in Women’s Fashion Retail.

After-school shifts plus every Saturday required.

Ideal for someone living close to Bundall with no other commitments.

Casual role requires minimum 3 hour shifts

MUST be available every day during school holidays.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Proven ability to close sales and meet/exceed targets.

Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to build a retail career.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Positive, proactive attitude with a strong team focus.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
