Our Noosa store is proudly locally owned and operated, and we’re excited to welcome a passionate Retail Sales Assistant to join our team

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will:

Build genuine connections with customers to deliver outstanding service

Share your product knowledge and demonstrate key features and benefits

Drive sales by achieving individual and team targets

Stay on top of daily tasks and priorities with efficiency

Develop strong product expertise, especially in footwear

Replenish stock and maintain high merchandising standards across the store

Be a proactive team player who leads by example and supports others

Essential Skills & Attributes:

Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment (e.g. large format store or outlet) is preferred but not essential

Technical footwear knowledge is an advantage, though not required

Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Physically capable of performing all retail floor tasks, including restocking, retrieving merchandise, and general stock handling

Energetic, enthusiastic, and committed with a strong work ethic

Days/Hours

We are open 7 days a week (only 10am-3pm Sundays). Weekend shifts will be required on a rotating roster. We aim to provide a balanced and fair schedule for all team members.
