Qualifications & Experience

✅ No formal qualifications required
✅ All training is provided in-house
✅ Must be comfortable using computers and able to learn systems quickly
✅ Prior sales or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential

Key Responsibilities

Delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge to assist customers in choosing the right spa

Handling sales enquiries in-store, over the phone, and via email

Maintaining store presentation and ensuring products are well merchandised

Assisting with warranty claims and managing damaged stock procedures

Helping with pick/packing customer orders and unloading containers

Must be available for weekend shifts
