Are you passionate about customer service and looking for a hands-on retail role with a trusted national brand? Swimart Noosa is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Pool Shop Assistant to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

As the friendly face of our retail store, you’ll help customers keep their pools sparkling clean and safe to swim in. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting water testing and providing expert product recommendations

Assisting customers with pool care advice, chemical use, and equipment selection

Supporting retail promotions and daily sales

Managing stock and maintaining a clean, organised showroom

Booking service jobs and liaising with the mobile service team

What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable, and enjoys helping people

Organised, reliable, and capable of working both independently and in a team

Willing to learn and grow in a technical retail environment

Ideally, you’ll also have:

Previous experience in retail or customer service (pool industry experience is a bonus, but not essential)

Confidence using point-of-sale systems and handling basic administrative tasks

Hours & Flexibility:
