About the role
Carpet Call, a leading provider of premium flooring solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service & Warranties Representative. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and handling all aspects of our product warranties, ensuring our valued clients receive the best possible support.
What you'll be doing
Providing prompt and efficient resolution to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns related to our products and services
Processing and managing product warranties, including inspections, authorisations and coordinating repairs
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and warranty claims
Collaborating cross-functionally with our sales, installation and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of our customer service protocols
Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards to uphold our reputation for excellence
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the home improvement or retail industry ( Is required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, contractors and internal stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to efficiently handle complex customer inquiries and warranty claims
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
