About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a driven and results-focused Sales Associate to join our high-energy team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for converting enquiries and generating new sales through proactive outreach, maximising every sales opportunity across all communication channels.

Your performance will be measured by clear KPIs including conversion rates, upsell value, and total revenue generated. We offer a competitive commission structure in place, ensuring results are awarded for maintaining a strong sales performance.

What you’ll be doing

Converting inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries into sales

Re-engaging past customers and groups to generate repeat sales

Improving our conversion performance across all sales channels

Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional sessions, packages, and upgrades across all attractions

Proactively recommending solutions that increase booking value and customer spend

Accurately processing sales and record upsell activity in our booking systems

Consistently hitting and exceed individual and team sales KPIs

Working with teammates in a performance-driven, incentive-based environment

Providing high level customer service over phone and email communication

Working in-venue across all attractions to boost in-person sales and provide feedback and training to staff on shift, proactively searching for ways to improve our current systems

What an ideal sales candidate will have

Strong sales background (retail, call centre, hospitality upselling, or telesales)

Confident communicator with a persuasive edge

Resilient and target-driven individual who thrives on achieving goals

Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Competitive mindset with attention to detail in processing orders
