About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and proactive Sales Lead Coordinator to join our National Support Office for a 9-month period, based in Hawthorn, Victoria.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and nurturing inbound leads from our advertising campaigns across pool and spa services. Your focus will be on qualifying and directing these leads to our store operators — helping convert them into sales and driving business growth.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and a natural communicator — someone who can take a lead from enquiry to close with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to all inbound sales and service inquiries.
Qualify leads by assessing customer needs.
Assigning and scheduling service jobs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads in the CRM system.
Track lead progress through to completion.
Provide regular leads and sales reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in retail, trade services, or other customer-facing industries highly regarded.
Experience in customer service and a customer-centric attitude.
Confident phone manner and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and resilient.
Proven experience with managing inbound sales leads.
Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking systems.
Well-organised with good time management and follow-up skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
