Project Coordinator / Lead – PMO Support
Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 + Super
Hill McGlynn Recruitment is representing a leading national logistics business in the search for a Project Coordinator / Lead. This permanent role sits within the Project Management Office (PMO), providing high-level support to project managers and project leads, while taking ownership of coordination and delivery in key workstreams.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring order, clarity, and structure to complex projects. You’ll collate and analyse information, build polished presentation decks, organise project data, and ensure milestones are tracked and achieved. While you won’t need to be a transport or warehousing expert, exposure to large-scale operational environments will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities

• Collate and organise project information from multiple sources
• Build professional presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates
• Support project managers and leads with planning, coordination, and tracking
• Take ownership of specific project workstreams where required
• Ensure PMO standards are maintained across documentation and reporting

What You’ll Bring

• A proactive mindset with the confidence to lead parts of projects independently
• Background in logistics/warehousing advantageous, but not essential
