About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and results focused Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our team. You will be required to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies for the company.
We offer a hybrid working model for this role, with the opportunity to work both onsite at our Cobram office and remotely.
Your key responsibilities will be
Assist in the creation of a marketing plan based on business strategy and sales forecasting.
Lead, develop and execute a wide range of marketing activities right across the business.
Edit and maintain the CED website content to ensure up-to-date and accurate.
Create marketing content/material and communication for CED Group. Including the creation of new flyers, brochures and supporting documents.
Manage and develop the marketing and digital media PR Strategy.
Create videos, testimonials and case studies to promote CED work to new and existing clients.
Ensure the CRM program is being managed and updated daily.
Proofread and edit presentations, proposals, articles, email templates and manuals.
Create and generate newsletters via Mailchimp.
Manage social media campaigns, including awareness, traffic, leads and conversion.
Research and target custom audiences.
Identifying the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives.
Assist with the presentation of ideas and deliverables to the leadership team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, suppliers and industry.
Lead the sale process, client follow up and lead management.
Regular reporting of marketing and lead generation.
Who are we looking for?
Certificate or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent experience
IT savvy with excellent knowledge of Adobe, InDesign Software, Mailchimp/Survey Monkey and all Microsoft Office Applications
Good understanding of Web Design, development – WordPress
Knowledge and experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (desired)
Proficiency with online marketing and social media campaigns
Experience in multiple networking platforms
Strong project management and multitasking skills
Focused, planned and organised
Highly energetic, competitive, and ambitious to get the job done
Self-confident, positive, and approachable with a proactive attitude
