For over 25 years, our client has been a leader in the field, motivated by genuine care and passion for creating a positive impact. They are looking for a Team Leader to bring that passion to their CBD office, running the Melbourne operation while coaching, supporting and leading the team.

This role will see you wear many hats, but you can be sure that Management will have your back and support you with training and guidance at every step.

What You’ll Do

• Inspire, coach, and guide your team to hit KPIs and SLA's, delivering outstanding results for meaningful causes.
• Build a positive, high-energy environment where people feel valued, supported, and excited to come to work.
• Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct 1:1s and performance reviews, celebrating wins while helping people grow.
• Handle escalations and provide real-time support to your agents.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training to set new team members up for success.
• Collaborate with senior management to align your team’s goals with the bigger picture.

What’s On Offer

• $80,000 – $90,000 + Super + Bonus/Incentive
• Monday to Friday, regular business hours (no late nights or weekends)
