About the Role

As Sales Team Leader, you’ll play a hands-on role in building, mentoring, and driving a motivated sales team. You’ll lead from the front—closing deals yourself while developing your team to deliver exceptional results. With all leads provided and no cold calling, your focus is creating a high-performance culture that turns opportunities into sales.

What You’ll Do

Lead from the front by selling and closing over the phone

Coach, mentor, and drive individual + team performance

Implement scripts, strategies, and proven sales processes

Report directly to senior stakeholders with clear accountability

Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales consultants as the team scales

About You

You’re a motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in a performance driven sales environment. You know how to build rapport with customers and how to build capability in your team. Ideally, you’ll bring:

Proven leadership experience in a call centre or phone-based sales environment

Confidence in coaching, mentoring, and setting sales discipline

Strong closing ability and resilience in hitting (and exceeding) targets

Experience with high-value product sales (thousands per transaction) highly regarded

A proactive, structured, and inspiring leadership style
