THE ROLE - CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES TEAM LEADER

Manage the day-to-day activities and performance of your Outbound Sales Consultants.

Rostering of staff, scheduling for planned and unplanned leave with managing daily workload and ensuring phone coverage.

Support, coach and drive the overall success of the team.

Achieve sales targets and KPI’s.

Assisting with workload in high-volume times.

Lead, train and develop your team to deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment. service via telephone, email and face to face.

Discuss, interpret and quote customer’s fencing requirements.

Computer use including E-mails, Online Accounting Systems, Payment Gateways, Google Suite and Spreadsheets.

Dispatching and tracking orders Australia Wide.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Previous leadership experience within a sales and customer service environment.

Sales experience (either in a face-to-face or call centre environment).

Experience in using Hubspot or other contemporary CRM platforms.

Building Products experience (desirable).

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to coach and motive your team.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet required time frames.

Experience in working well under pressure and multi-tasking.

Capability to deliver professional customer service in all interactions.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Flexible hours can be discussed with the successful candidate.
