The Role:
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to support and report to our Marketing Manager. In this role, you will assist in managing influencer partnerships, helping coordinate online and offline campaigns, and creating engaging content for our digital channels. Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing & Campaign Coordination
Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of influencer marketing campaigns across Growth Bomb's TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Research and vet influencers, creators, and UGC talent that align with brand values, audience demographics, and campaign goals.
Act as the day-to-day contact for influencer and UGC partners — managing outreach, negotiations, contracts, content approvals, and performance tracking.
Draft and deliver influencer briefs, ensuring clear expectations, adherence to brand guidelines, and timely content delivery.
Track ROI and KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, and content usage) to improve future campaign strategies.
Content & Social Media Management
Build and manage a dynamic content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, ensuring alignment with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and cultural moments.
Maintain at least a two-week lead on all planned content to guarantee consistency, timely execution, and proactive adjustments.
Create, schedule, and publish organic content that is trend-driven, visually compelling, and aligned with brand voice (familiarity with Trello platform is highly favourable)
Collaborate with influencers and UGC creators to repurpose campaign assets into evergreen content for owned channels.
Monitor channel performance using analytics tools such as Hootsuite, providing regular reports and recommendations to improve engagement and follower growth.
Database & Contract Management
Maintain a centralised influencer database, tracking contact details, past collaborations, deliverables, rates, and performance outcomes.
Ensure all influencer and creator contracts are properly executed, stored, and compliant with brand guidelines, legal standards, and FTC disclosure requirements.
Coordinate with finance to process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
Industry Research & Trend Analysis
Stay up to date on beauty and influencer marketing trends, emerging content formats, and platform algorithm changes.
Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark campaigns and identify whitespace opportunities.
Share actionable insights with the team via comprehensive monthly social media report to inform campaign strategy and influencer partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the broader marketing team to integrate influencer content into digital campaigns, paid ads, email marketing, and promotions.
Partner with logistics and PR teams to manage influencer product seeding, ensuring timely delivery of press kits and campaign-related materials.
Collaborate with creative/design teams to ensure all content briefs are met accurately to support overall brand aesthetic and messaging.
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or influencer marketing — ideally within the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry.
Proven ability to manage influencer relationships and execute campaigns end-to-end (briefing, tracking, reporting).
Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and content calendars with strong examples of growth and engagement.
Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms, audience behaviors, and platform-specific best practices.
Highly organised with excellent project management skills and the ability to balance multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and comfort using reporting tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with negotiation skills and relationship-building abilities.
Creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics, beauty trends, and storytelling.
Passionate about the beauty industry and influencer marketing, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Role Details:
Salary Range: $77k – $87k + super
Reporting to: Ally Phillips (Marketing Manager)
Working Closely with: Marketing Manager
Team Size: 4
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)
Department: Marketing
Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM
