Robert Half is working with a client seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Project Manager to lead a critical program of work focused on M&A integrations and infrastructure transformation. This role requires a strong balance of technical knowledge, stakeholder management, and delivery expertise.

The Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing complex integration projects across infrastructure and cloud environments. You'll build and execute integration playbooks, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of business-critical outcomes within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure projects across servers, networks, Active Directory/Azure AD, endpoints, and file servers.
• Drive M&A integration programs in a distributed IT environment.
• Develop integration playbooks, templates, and reusable project frameworks.
• Oversee migration and optimisation of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage vendors and align technical deliverables with business needs.
• Engage with stakeholders across executive leadership, compliance, security, and business units.

Your Skills & Experience
We are seeking a Project Manager who can combine technical depth with strong leadership skills:

• Proven experience delivering infrastructure and M&A integration projects.
• Strong understanding of servers, AD/Azure AD, SD-WAN, hybrid AD environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities.
• Confident communicator - capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable, and collaborative.
