Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Design Manager in commercial building. Local experience is preferred.
• Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience working directly for a main contractor/commercial builder on design & construct projects.
• We're looking for someone with a strong technical understanding of design management who can identify cost-saving solutions while adhering to client requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial. You will manage the design process while keeping it within budget.
