We are seeking a delivery-focused and technically adept Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of a strategic Asset Performance Management (APM) system built on AVEVA PI (formerly OSIsoft PI).

This role will be responsible for ensuring timely and effective delivery, coordinating internal teams, and managing the engagement with the appointed System Integrator.

You will have hands-on experience with AVEVA PI system architecture, industrial data platforms, and strong exposure to SCADA and Operational Technology (OT) environments. This position is critical in bridging technical execution with business outcomes, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the APM system based on AVEVA PI, ensuring alignment with business and operational objectives.
• Deliver the project on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high quality standards.
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders and the System Integrator to ensure smooth delivery and accountability.
• Monitor project milestones, scope, dependencies, and risks, escalating where necessary.
• Oversee the review and approval of technical deliverables such as solution design, integration plans, and configurations.
• Drive cross-functional engagement with Operations, Engineering, IT, and Cybersecurity.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and operational continuity requirements.
• Provide regular delivery updates to steering committees and senior stakeholders.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover to ensure operational readiness.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in delivering industrial IT/OT technology solutions, ideally within energy, utilities, or heavy industries.
• Hands-on familiarity with AVEVA PI components (Data Archive, Asset Framework, PI Vision, Interfaces/Connectors).
• Strong background managing System Integrators or vendors in delivery-focused roles.
• Deep understanding of operational data, asset performance metrics, and industrial environments.
• Working knowledge of SCADA systems, industrial protocols (OPC, Modbus, MQTT, DNP3), and IT/OT integration.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in delivery governance, project management tools, and reporting.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.

Contract Rate: $1,200-$1,400 per Day (incl. super)
