Civil Project Manager – FIFO WA

About the Client
Our client is a leading civil & mining contractor, delivering safe, high-quality projects across WA. With major new works scheduled for 2025, they are seeking experienced Civil Project Managers for upcoming bulk earthworks and rehabilitation projects.

The Role
You will oversee project delivery from mobilisation to completion, ensuring budgets, schedules, and safety standards are met. Upcoming works include a large civil earthworks project, kicking off early September.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, contractors & suppliers
• Lead projects to budget, schedule & safety/quality standards
• Oversee programming, budgets & contract management
• Work closely with engineers & supervisors to resolve issues
• Drive team performance and ensure compliance

Requirements

• 3+ years’ Project Manager experience (civil/mining)
• Proven background in bulk earthworks, rehab & culvert works
• Experience managing $20–30M projects
• Civil/Mechanical Engineering qualification
• S26 training (mandatory)
• Proficiency with Procore, Hammertech & MS Office (preferred)
• Strong leadership, organisation & problem-solving skills
• Current Driver’s Licence + able to pass medical/D&A
• BHP induction (advantageous)
• Australian PR or valid work rights
