About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to join our team at the Oxford Shop' store at DFO UNI HILL, VIC. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive the financial performance of the store. This is a full-time role that will see you managing all aspects of store operations.

What you'll be doing

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management

Provide strong leadership and coaching to your team, motivating them to achieve sales and customer service goals

Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising and promotional campaigns to drive sales

Analyse store performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability

Ensure the store is fully compliant with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and high morale

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a successful Retail Store Manager, preferably within the fashion/apparel industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Excellent customer service skills and a deep understanding of the retail customer journey

Proficient in analysing sales data and using it to drive strategic decision-making

Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively

A passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
