🧾 About the Role

We're seeking a motivated, experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship retail store. This is a dynamic role involving leadership, operations, sales, and creating outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll be the face of Kooshy Kids in our first retail space, managing rosters, performance, stock control and team leadership. Alternate weekend (every second weekend) availability is essential. Our store is open 7 days per week, 5am - 8pm.

💰 Bonus & Commission

You’ll be rewarded with bonuses for team performance—on top of your base award wage and penalty rates.

🧳 Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, knowledgeable and friendly customer service

Demonstrate and upsell Kooshy Kids products

Manage team roster

Maintain inventory, orders and visual merchandising

Track KPIs

Escalate and respond to customer feedback professionally

Represent Kooshy Kids values and product knowledge at all times
