We are seeking a highly organised and diligent individual with excellent communication and administration skills to join our team.
About the Role
Permanent full-time or part-time position
Supportive, friendly team environment
Onsite car parking
Monday to Friday role
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
Perform general office administration tasks
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the company
Process accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and follow up on quotes, job orders, and customer/supplier communications
Selection Criteria
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in office administration
Good knowledge of accounts functions
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner
Initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach
