An opportunity has arisen for a bright, enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team at GC Lawyers.
The ideal candidate must be reliable, well spoken, responsible and conscientious with a professional presentation and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
In this role, you will be the first point of call, greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner. You will support a team of experienced lawyers and personal assistants.
Your duties will also include:
Attending to post and deliveries out of the office;
Processing mail;
Answering, screening and directing phone calls;
Typing;
File administration;
Opening files; and
General office administration and support.
To be considered for this position, you should be able to demonstrate the following:
Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail;
An ability to manage competing demands and multi-tasking, completing tasks on time by organising and prioritizing;
Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of people, as well as the ability to remain polite, calm and diplomatic when faced with difficult situations;
The ability to use initiative and problem solve tasks;
Good computer skills with basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook;
An ability to promote the office in a professional and positive manner, operating with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
