Receptionist - Surveying & Town Planning Office, Belmont
We are looking for a fulltime receptionist to join our office in Belmont.
As the face of the company, you will need to be highly organised and professional at all times.
You must have excellent communication skills and a pleasant manner when dealing with clients over the phone or in person.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments for staff as needed.
- Manage filing system and records management processes.
- Monitor office supplies inventory levels and order replacements as required.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as photocopying and scanning documents.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school certificate or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a receptionist role is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Understanding of office organization and administrative procedures.
