This role is for an experienced Manager to deliver Virtual CFO services to clients.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with financial leadership, commercial insights, and practical solutions that help them achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with UHNW family groups and sophisticated wholesale advice.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a virtual CFO for a portfolio of SME and family office clients
• Leading budgeting, cashflow forecasting, KPI tracking, and scenario planning
• Reviewing financial statements, management accounts, and tax compliance work
• Partnering with clients on capital raising, valuations, investor reporting, and banking relationships
• Overseeing and mentoring a team of accountants and offshore staff
• Driving growth of the service lines and contributing to practice innovation

Skills & Experience

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience in business services, advisory, or outsourced CFO roles
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting, tax, and reporting
• Commercial acumen with the ability to deliver insights beyond compliance
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Experience working with SMEs, family offices, or high-growth private businesses
