Excalibur Machinery is a leading supplier of quality construction equipment, specialising in forklifts, excavators, and pallet jacks. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding Excalibur Machinery’s presence across Australia. You’ll manage day-to-day sales activities and contribute to business development initiatives while working closely with management to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage online sales advertisements across multiple platforms.

Handle and convert incoming customer enquiries into sales.

Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.

Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging content.

Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reporting to management.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth customer experience.

Skills & Experience

Proven sales experience, ideally within construction equipment or related industries.

Strong knowledge of forklifts, excavators, pallet jacks, and related machinery.

Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.

Digital marketing and social media management experience.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-driven with a proactive and professional approach.
