Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who thrives on autonomy and has a passion for design. If you're entrepreneurial, strategic, and love connecting with people, this is your opportunity to run your own store like it's your own business—with full support from a passionate and experienced team.
This is a rare opportunity to run your own store and lead a high-performing team, while spending time on the road building relationships with some of the country’s top architects, designers, builders, developers and tradespeople.
With the showroom team managing walk-in clients and daily operations, you’ll focus on B2B growth and project work — supported by a great culture and premium product portfolio. You’ll bring your personality, sales expertise, and love of design into every conversation, helping clients bring their visions to life with world-class tile solutions.
This role blends leadership, strategy, and business development — ideal for someone who thrives on influence, mentorship, and creative collaboration. Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across the showroom and B2B channels
- Manage and mentor the in-store sales team, ensuring showroom operations run smoothly
- Focus on B2B client development – architects, designers, builders, developers & tradespeople
- Act as the face of the brand – building strong relationships and growing the presence of their high-end collections
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure product supply and project timelines are met
- Leverage your design eye and commercial acumen to grow the business
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales within building products, tiles, stone, flooring or similar
- Strong knowledge or exposure to B2B clients is highly regarded (A&D, builders, developers, trades)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a retail team
- Prior experience in team management or a personality consistent with someone ready to take that next step
- Entrepreneurial mindset – driven, proactive, and confident managing a store like your own
- Tech-savvy, organised, and comfortable managing your own schedule
- Someone who enjoys autonomy, takes initiative, and thrives in a results-focused environment
- Valid driver’s licence required
