The Role
Due to continued growth and size of the business, there is a need for a dedicated HR Lead to ensure strong framework and compliance across the business in all areas impacting their people.
As a highly experienced generalist, you appreciate a mix of workforce, blue and white collar. Creating all HR processes, strategically assessing workforce needs against competency matrix, ensuring policies are current and reflect legislative requirements. Ensure WGEA and all relevant executive reporting is delivered and provides key data and insights, coaching and supporting managers with teams and performance conversations, and involvement with EBA negotiations when being reviewed.
This is a leadership stand alone role that will commence the build and will grow in FTE over time. Salary commensurate with experience, circa $180k.

You are an experienced generalist who is well versed on all facets of HR and enjoy a mix of strategy and operations. You are a people person who has the ability to flex with current needs, build credible relationships and trust at all levels and without fail, deliver outcomes as promised. Suitably credentialed and with experience in larger firms in industry or engineering, where you have worked with structured business processes, this is a permanent role that is seeking a long-term fit.
