Mosconi James Street is looking for 2 Chef De Parties - one full time position and one casual 25 -30 hours per week.

Position Available-

Mosconi is looking for a 2 passionate Chef di Partie’s to join the team.

Part Time - 30 hours per week, mostly morning prep shifts 8am - 3pm with the ability to cover service when required.

Chef De Partie Full Time - Wednesday to Sunday Lunch - $75,000 - $80 000 + super + Tips

What we are looking for-

1+ years Experience as a demi chef or CDP

Good communication and organisational skills

Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards

Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure

Able to work nights and weekends

Well presented and punctual
