About the role

Flo's Creperie Noosa is a renowed French Restaurant in the heart of Noosa Heads, is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our passionate culinary team. As a full-time position, you will play a crucial role working hand in hand with our Head Chef and Sous Chef.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking our traditional French dishes.

Ensuring efficient and timely service, working closely with the front-of-house team

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment in accordance with food safety regulations

Assisting the Head Chef in menu development and contributing ideas for new and innovative crepe recipes

Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff to uphold our commitment to culinary excellence

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy restaurant environment

Experience in French cuisine a plus.

Strong time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high food quality and presentation standards

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing demands
