About the Role
Gemelli Italian Brisbane is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join the Gemelli family. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced kitchen, working with a passionate team to deliver high-quality Italian food.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the chefs to ensure smooth daily operations

Support the team in delivering exceptional service and consistent quality

Manage prep and service for your station efficiently

Assist with both dine-in and takeaway orders

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role

Must currently be in Australia with full Australian working rights

Calm, professional and reliable under pressure

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Passionate about food and team-focused
