We're seeking a driven, detail-oriented Administrative All-Rounder to join our Kelvin Grove office. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to take ownership of key operational tasks that keep our business running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

Answer inbound calls and assist with enquiries.

Investigate issues, resolve client concerns, and escalate when required.

Monitor shared inboxes and direct enquiries to the right team members.

Follow up on outstanding quotes (14+ days) and convert to bookings.

Contact potential clients from website enquiries to convert leads into jobs.

Provide scheduling support during peak times or staff absences.

Manage stock levels for uniforms, office supplies, and stationery.

What You'll Bring

Confident communicator with a polite and professional phone manner.

Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.

Proactive, reliable, and organised — thrives in a busy environment.

Tech-savvy — comfortable with email, CRM tools, and phone systems.

Basic familiarity with CRM systems is required.

Experience in Property Management or the Smoke Alarm industry (desirable).

Previous admin or customer service experience.

Minimum of 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience is required.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.
