About the role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Officer to join our friendly office team. Based in our Brisbane office, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, has great attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will be a key support to our operations, helping ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities. From answering client calls to coordinating schedules and handling administrative tasks, you’ll play an important part in keeping our business running efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Answering and directing phone calls and responding to customer inquiries.
Scheduling jobs and assisting with technician dispatch.
Data entry and maintaining accurate records in our job management system (SimPRO experience desirable but not essential).
Assisting with quotes, invoices, and purchase orders.
Supporting management and field staff with general administrative needs.
Filing, email management, and other office duties as required.
Skills and experience
Previous experience in an administration or office support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Knowledge of SimPRO or other job management systems (highly regarded but not essential).
