Northern Air Repair Pty Ltd, based in Cairns, is a leading service provider in air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical solutions. We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our busy administration and accounts team, reporting directly to the Administration Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset to become part of a progressive service business.

What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate will:

Be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bring previous experience in administration, accounts, or a similar role.

Show a willingness to learn and adapt in a supportive team environment.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Preparing and collating job reports from field staff.

Scheduling and coordinating field staff.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Project administration or workflow management experience (advantageous).

Fast and accurate data entry skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience with service-based programs such as Simpro or Xero highly regarded.
